In order to offer enriching programs and services for the community, the Museum is always in need of volunteers. The Friends of Kansas City Museum organization lends a hand (or sometimes, many!) to help orchestrate events and greet guests.

During the long history of the Friends organization, our members have enjoyed opportunities to volunteer at the Museum and throughout the community, bringing stories and treasures of the Long family and the Museum to share.
